Meet our Volunteers:
Each year, Lutanda calls upon hundreds of faithful, passionate and energetic volunteers, who love working with children, to lead at our school holiday camps. Our volunteers find this work rewarding and they enjoy being part of a group who have the opportunity to reach out in Christian love. Whether you are offering to volunteer or want to become a camp leader, we would love to talk to you.

Our foster camps are a unique mission opportunity for young leaders. Specifically reaching children in foster care, these camps provide an opportunity for them to discover their full potential through Christ. As a leader you will be stretched and strengthened in your faith by serving in this unique way. You will be provided with training and join a supportive network of people with extensive experience in foster camps.

School holiday camps provide an environment where children who have made a commitment to follow Jesus can invite their friends to a safe and secure place with loads of creative and awesome activities and programs.

Our ‘Serve’ camps are a great opportunity for volunteers to serve the wider community of people with disabilities. As a leader, you have a rewarding opportunity to show God’s love in action by hosting this community and at the same time providing much needed respite time for their carers and families. Volunteer now for:

•   Camp Jonathan - designed for children aged 8–18yrs with developmental disabilities
•   Camp David - for adults aged over 18yrs with intellectual disabilities
•   Camp Endeavour - designed for youths and young adults with predominately physical disabilities
•   Festival Camp - a Christian fellowship retreat for the over 50's
